Phase 1 - 2019
Our first look at the project here was focused on representing the initial plans so the modern Tirolean chalet style could be better explored. It also helped reveal the balance between the buildings and terrace areas, which would become a feature later on. At this early stage, interiors were not a focus, but the ability to see how the expansive interior spaces would shine through, would become important later on.
Phase 2 - 2020
Reith Mountain Estate took a big step at this stage with what at the time was likely to be the final design. While it may look very different to the earlier iteration, upon closer inspection a lot of the defining characteristics are still present here. The most apparent leap is of course the interiors. Already at this phase, the team at Prime Properties Group had put in a lot of effort and expertise to make sure the design and amenities were suitable for such a grand property.
Phase 3 - 2023
And so we arrive here, the latest phase of Reith Mountain Estate. As market demands changed, so to would the design of this resplendent property. Now incorporating a semi-detached guest house, a “mini-me” of the incredible main home. Even with these changes, the design still maintains the expansive glass frontage and large outdoor balcony and terrace space.
